That’s Why Your Writing Has No Views

You clicked this clickbait it’s like you’re a writer (Most probably), Let me cover you.

I’m sure you’ve asked yourself this question at some point,

why doesn’t my writing have any views?

It’s a common problem and one that can be frustrating to solve.

We pour our heart and soul into our work, and it feels like nobody is even reading it. There could be any number of reasons for this issue, but today we’re going to explore a few of the most common ones.

I’ve created a list of some issues I’ve faced, Let’s take a look.

You’re not writing interesting or engaging content.

If your writing is dull, dry, or otherwise uninteresting, it’s no surprise that people aren’t flocking to read it. don’t just write on topics that you’re passionate about, do some research and try to find out what readers want to look at.

And then create content you know will capture your audience’s attention.

You’re not promoting your content enough.

Writing great content is only half the battle — you also need to make sure people know it exists!

Share your articles on your media, forums, and anywhere else your target audience might congregate online.

The more people see your content, the more likely they are to check it out.

Your page isn’t well-designed or user-friendly.

If potential readers land on your page and saw a boring interface with a bullshit bio, and stock thumbnails that they see 300 times a day, write my words they’ll fly.

Make sure your page is clean and attractive, easy to read, and visually appealing if you want people to stick around.

Why do certain types of writing get more views than others?

Some styles get more views than others. This is often due to the fact that certain types of writing are more accessible or interesting to readers.

Lists and how-to articles tend to be popular because they offer concise information that is easy to digest.

On the other hand, more personal pieces or those with a unique perspective can also be successful in capturing an audience. (like the content I create).

Ultimately, the best way to ensure your writing gets seen is to produce content that is compelling and relevant to your target reader.

Whether you’re sharing your own stories or offering some tips, if it’s something people want to read, they’re more likely to seek it out.

Keep this in mind as you create new material, and you’ll be on your way to writing that generates buzz and gains attention.

How to make your writing more viewable

There are a few things you can do to make your writing more viewable.

Use headlines and subheadings — it helps break up your text and makes it easier for readers to skim through your content.

Use short paragraphs — it would be easier to read than long blocks of text. Breaking up your text into shorter paragraphs will make it more viewable.

Use bulleted or numbered lists — Lists are easy to scan and understand, so using them in your writing can make it more viewable.

Highlight key points in bold or italics — draw attention to certain points in your writing, use bold or italics to highlight them. make them stand out and be more viewable.

My thoughts after writing 50-plus stories

It’s a common refrain:

“I write, but I don’t get any views.”

Or,

“I want to write, but I don’t know what would be useful for people to read.”

views and usefulness are two different things. Just because something gets a lot of views doesn’t make it useful. In fact, some of the most popular pieces of writing are actually quite useless. But that doesn’t mean that they don’t serve a purpose.

The purpose of writing is not getting views, It’s Usefulness

—

To be a useful writer, you need to remember two things: who your audience is and what their needs are.

Keep your audience in mind at all times. Who are you writing for? What do they need to know? How can you help them?

Your audience should always be at the forefront of your mind when you sit down to write. Once you know who you’re writing for, it will be much easier to determine what would be useful for them to read.
